Directly manage and execute key FACE product marketing during the temporary absence of the FACE Marketing and Business Development Director. Marketing channels include print, web, trade shows, direct mail, PR/Advertising and new media. Product lines include After School Resources, Early Childhood Resources, Paperback books and collections; mentoring programs and family literacy solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead member of the marketing team responsible for executing annual marketing plans targeting After School, Title I and other Family and Community Literacy markets.
In coordination with senior management, responsible for project management of key marketing collateral, including e-marketing, print publications, and social media.
Monitor all sales and marketing channels to insure the most relevant content and promotions are available to the marketplace.
Clearly identify methods of tactical execution that include measurement elements and return on promotion and investment metrics.
Provide sales support for our outside and inside sales and regional marketing teams.
Work with Marketing, Publishing, and Sales to support product launch, custom marketing programs, and large scale sales opportunities.
Day to day management of Associate Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Provide project updates directly to VP of Sales and Marketing
Qualifications

Qualifications:

• BA in Business, Marketing, Creative Writing or related field
• At least 15 years of experience in product management or marketing within Educational Sales & Marketing
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and ethical web searching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of design terminology and copy marks
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while communicating status of projects to senior management team.
• Flexible and able to shift priorities given market needs
• Background in Educational Publishing, Family and Community Engagement or Early Childhood extremely desirable to be
