We run a 100% transparent performance media practice ensuring objectivity and neutrality across all our buys. And, we’re looking for a Planner/Buyer for our Performance Media team. This is a unique position focused on a holistic approach to digital performance media. We’re looking for a person who can get heady with strategy and actually make ideas happen. We have a cross channel approach so the right candidate will be interested in understanding and working their team to align all media (on & offline) to better performance media and drive client goals. You have 1-3 years of experience in the day-to-day management and execution of SEM, SEO & programmatic digital (RTB, trading desks/DSP/DMP). You know your ad server technology (ie. DoubleClick) and trafficking processes. You’re a diligent and disciplined budget hawk. Not to brag but you’ve got crazy (analytical) skills and are proud of your ability to interpret campaign performance and provide long/short/creative optimizations. You’re not shy and are at ease communicating with clients and presenting recommendations. You’ve got a bit of an entrepreneurial streak so you’re excited at the idea of helping to bring new tools, ideas and opportunities to build the agency.Finally, you are a passionate, competitive, problem-solving digital media superstar who’s comfortable in a casual and collaborative environment where the strictest policy revolves around having burgers every Friday.
