In the role of Digital Strategist/Producer, you are responsible for multiple Fortune 500 client accounts and projects. Your strategic and project management role within these accounts is to plan solutions to meet client business needs and then ensure on time, on budget, high-quality digital deliverables, and client satisfaction. You also provide leadership in setting the standard for seamless process management from project kick-off to completion.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the work of writers, designers, developers, proofreaders and QA testers, working with internal staff, contractors and external vendors. You will use your knowledge of client service and online project management best practices to facilitate the input from the client stakeholders and to support other members of the team.

As a senior member of the Addison team, you will be expected to develop methodologies that continue to raise the standard of excellence in how Addison serves our clients.

•Develops and maintains key client relationships
•Acts as central point of communication on multiple interactive projects, internally and externally
•Develops project timelines and maintains regular status reports for distribution to clients and team
•Develops project budgets
•Sources technical contractors and vendors, negotiates fees and contracts, and manages their participation in the project
•Develops strategic implementation work plans and presentations
•Develops professional documentation for technical and production requirements, information architecture and functional specifications
•Coordinates professional hand-off documentation (style guidelines, content management, engineering)
•Schedules and facilitates the flow of information in all project phases, ensuring that milestones such as client approvals and Addison proposal objectives are met and recorded
•Facilitates team planning to ensure that interdisciplinary team members share appropriate information and tools
•Keeps senior project leads informed of project status and needs
•Maintains budget/billing standards and maintains an accurate history of each project
•Assists in content development of proposals for new business requests, as appropriate
•Writes proposals for add-on business requests
•Mentors less experienced Addison team members
•Contributes to the continued development of Addison Interactive expertise by participating in the development of guidelines, processes and best practices

•A minimum of five years of professional experience in client service or account/project management; financial services and/or agency experience a plus
•A minimum of five years of professional experience in interactive project management
•College degree
•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail a must
•Ability to work with a diverse group of demanding team members; team player
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
•Proven ability to make tight deadlines
•Articulate, professional and confident client presence
•Flexibility and the ability to take individual initiative and self-manage
•Outstanding people and facilitation skills; Adept at directing and coordinating technical resources and Creative Services personnel
•Experienced in project finance coordination and budget management
•Work to exacting standards of accuracy imposed by the nature of the work
•Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment with minimal structure
•Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•Become/stay familiar with common and emerging web technologies
•Oversee quality assurance of product
•Participate in the site/app delivery and deployments
•Professionally conversant in a wide range of web technologies
•Ability to work in Macintosh OS-X operating system environment
