Retention Marketing Analyst
Hearst Magazines is seeking a results-driven individual to join its first-class Consumer Marketing Team. This is a rare opportunity to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of subscription marketing campaigns for the renewal, billing and gift businesses of multiple Hearst magazines across print and digital channels. The position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Retention and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Magazine division. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:•Create retention marketing campaign instructions for internal and external Fulfillment, Production and Lettershop groups•Develop and maintain retention marketing campaign reporting and track ongoing performance of retention marketing KPI’s•Assist in the monthly forecasting, budgeting and reconciliation of renewal and payment response rates and expenses•Forecast, order and manage inventory of print renewal and billing campaign components Required Skills/Experience:•Up to 2 years of experience in direct marketing and/or subscription marketing•Strong knowledge of Excel•Strong analytical abilities•Excellent oral and written communication skills•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail•Creative mindset with a knack for questioning status quo and trying new things•Ability to move quickly, manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment•Proactive team player with solutions-oriented mindset•BA/BS in Marketing preferredPlease include cover letter and salary requirements.
