Marketing & Design Associate, ELT
Cambridge University Press is seeking a Marketing & Design Associate to join their ELT department. This is a great opportunity for those looking to be a part of an established and prestigious global organization with state-of-the-art offices conveniently located in the Tribeca area of NYC.Tasks include: • Collect images, copy and other content for new publicity in development• Assist in the production of the ELT catalog.• Work with Designer to create conference program ads and flyers.• Handle data verification on publicity, including ISBNs, Prices, Bar Codes, etc.• Update Bi-weekly production schedule and calendar; create and send targeted conference e-blasts• Ensure online catalog, web pages, title database records and the relevant sections of the ELT Marketing intranet are maintained.• Use analytics data to measure the success of e-blasts• Provide support to the web project team as necessary; collect, collocate, and share campaign reporting for all campaigns implemented.• Cost out marketing tactics for campaigns• Process all publicity invoices in SAP system; Run reports and export mailing lists from Salesforce.• Assist with event mailings and promotional campaigns• Provide sales meeting and conference support including signage, hand-outs, binders, graphics, etc.• Coordinate drop shipping lists for mail house mailings• Manage publicity inventoryRequirements:• 2 years of work experience in a design and marketing.• Design experience with Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and digital. • Excellent technology/computer skills: MS Office, Excel, MAC, Internet. • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and design skills.• Detail oriented, well organized, strong multi-tasking abilities, good communicator and flexible.• Experience working in the publishing industry; ability/familiarity with language learning; marketing knowledge; exposure to sales databases and software/graphics packages is a plus.
