Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in the establishment and execution of our strategic merchandising and marketing agenda for Company products across all segments, geographies and classifications.
Develop and implement digital promotions of Company products, including via product listings, home page ads, banner ads, landing pages, search term results and email promotions. This includes creating compelling images, text/copy and calls to action as well as understanding competitive and landscape pricing dynamics.
Increase sales and awareness of Company brands and products.
Develop, implement and monitor social media marketing plans.
Recognize user patterns and trends to formulate effective marketing techniques and product placement.
Creates business rules to promote products.
Manage relevant categories to maximize relevance and reflect industry trends.
Remain current on industry trends. Focus on consumer and market-oriented concepts and products and ensure global awareness by challenging yourself to stay close to the target consumer in key markets and our main competitors.
Cross-sell products.
Partner and collaborate with product teams to fully understand products and differentiators, identify line priorities and drive consumer product opportunities. Help to provide a holistic view of the market for your categories.
Develop product strategies to address channels within key markets and align product lines with corporate brand direction and cross-category initiatives.
Ensure that design and production costs are rationalized with market and consumer interests and continuously search for economies that produce the best cost-to-performance ratio.
Available to travel when needed.
Meet all applicable deadlines.
Foster an inspiring and collaborative environment that facilitates innovation, stability and strength.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising or related fields of concentration.
Two years’ additional experience in lieu of a BA degree in the above concentrations.
At least two years of relevant experience in merchandising, ecommerce, digital marketing and promotions, consumer research, retail and/or sales in the [health, wellness & nutrition/beauty & cosmetics] industries.
Or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training.

Proficient use of MS Office Products, Internet and marketing analytics.
English language reading comprehension, speaking and writing, active listening, critical thinking, complex problem solving, analysis and evaluation, judgment and decision-making and negotiation, and innovation.
