We are searching for a connected, dynamic, passionate Creative Strategist to join the TH team. The ideal candidate is a strategic self-starter with proven success developing big ideas that connect brands & consumers to create innovative, award winning marketing campaigns for brands. They will work hand-in-hand with the internal teams to develop concepts that are impactful, smart, and brand relevant, and will leverage their storytelling abilities to manage the proposal writing process. Understanding that insights and research should inform a creative idea is important, as is an awareness that campaigns resonate when they connect to real world behaviors. The ideal candidate will be excited by cultural memes and movements, and devoted to maintaining an awareness of market and consumer trends. Key Responsibilities: •Researching consumer, category, discourse and competitor insights and understanding the necessary tools & programs to deliver relevant results •Managing new business proposals while working closely with the Creative Strategy Director •Developing engaging brand experiences that build real relationships with consumers and deliver on client objectives •Keeping abreast of cultural & industry trends •Be ready to take initiative and work independently, and demonstrate preparedness to go the extra mileQualifications: •2-4 years relevant experience in an agency environment •Prior knowledge of experiential marketing and passion for the industry •Illustrate the ability to translate insights research into relevant and successful marketing campaigns •Exceptional writing skills and an attention to detail •Exceptional presentation and communications skills•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment •Ability to think big •Entrepreneurial spirit Please submit cover letter and resume directly to email@example.com.
