Job Description
•Manage Agency Facebook, Tumblr, YouTube, and Twitter Accounts
oUpdating with relevant client and PWC media placements and content
oUtilizing and tracking the dedicated custom links when appropriate
oDevise and implement strategy for unique content for each of the agency’s platforms, working with the various account teams to ensure timely postings of credits, behind-the-scenes activities, etc.
oWorking with the Broadcast division to secure and post media in timely fashion
•Manage Agency Website
oEnsure all content is kept current (i.e. client lists, major case studies and credits, etc.)
oWorking with developer to make any changes/updates as needed and making sure all is functioning
•Attend all agency events to garner relevant news/pictures for all PWC social platforms
•Work with client and individual account teams to evaluate and update SM platforms, oversee blogger strategy and outreach, develop and present creative initiatives and approaches
oTroubleshoot any lacking social presence with specific brands directly with the account team and the clients
oAttend all client strategy and status meetings
oWork with client and account teams on event planning (blogger or otherwise)
•Work with Agency’s Strategic Digital Partners to develop creative initiatives and solutions for the office as well as for clients
oSpearhead implementation of platforms within the office
oStrategize unique initiatives for client’s utilizing our partner’s expertise and resources when appropriate
•Attend appropriate Social Media conferences and event on behalf of the agency
•Reporting/Status Updates: Provide Weekly Updates to Partners, clients and agency (when appropriate) on work completed
•Inform agency on any new social media news
