Role:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing communications group. This person will provide support to all parts of the communications program, including branding, public relations, digital marketing, content development, and events. The role reports to the Corporate Marketing Manager.

The marketing coordinator will operate as part of the corporate marketing team in our Waltham office. This team has several large projects underway, and we are looking for a team player willing to support all facets of corporate marketing. The ideal candidate will participate in multiple projects, multi-task, and have a great attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe InDesign are required. Experience using marketing email programs (e.g. Constant Contact) and working with a CRM database (e.g. Deltek Vision) is a plus.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

•Update existing project and capability sheets with existing templates and content using InDesign.
•Layout internal company newsletters in InDesign template.
•Layout corporate evites and enewsletters using existing email templates.
•Post updated marketing content in our database and in website content management system (CMS).
•Post existing content to corporate social media pages.
•Upload new images into our image database, OpenAsset.
•Coordinate marketing event logistics, including shipping supplies, printing handouts, and supporting on-site events.
•Edit and format powerpoint presentations for business development.
•Layout handouts and advertisements using existing templates in InDesign.
•Update PR calendars and activity spreadsheets.

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
•Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in a professional environment.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency with Adobe InDesign. Knowledge in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Acrobat highly desired. Familiarity with Deltek Vision a plus.
•Creative problem-solver, organized, and detail-oriented.
•Team-player.
•Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
