Via is hiring outstanding Community Managers to join our NYC team.

As Community Manager, you’ll relentlessly recruit new customers, create lasting and meaningful relationships with existing customers, and build an unforgettable brand.

Responsibilities:
• Be a Via evangelist wherever you go
• Use social media to foster a community of Via fanatics
• Create and implement online and offline marketing campaigns
• Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations

You:
• Outgoing, vivacious, and excited to preach the Via gospel
• A social media addict – you couldn’t stop tweeting and posting even if you tried, and you’re an expert at using social media professionally
• Obsess about pleasing your customers
• Connecting with people is your passion; you’re always looking to expand your network
• A gifted writer – people often tell you how much they enjoy your writing
• A savvy, tactful, and graceful communicator – you intuitively find the right tone in every situation
• Have prior experience in marketing/communications or PR, ideally at a start-up
