MLBAM is seeking to fill a Coordinator, Performance Media position in the Marketing Department. The Coordinator will be primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and operations of paid search campaigns and other paid media campaigns on the Google Display Network, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.

•Support day-to-day execution of company’s paid search campaigns across multiple engines
•Optimize paid search campaigns with a focus on increasing return on investment
•Assist with program growth by testing new creative, optimizing bidding strategies, and expanding keyword coverage
•Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with written analysis
•Ability to learn and utilize internal systems and other biddable media platforms
•Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends
•Manage additional projects as assigned

Crucial Competencies / Previous Experience
•Bachelors Degree
•Minimum of 1 year in building and optimizing SEM campaigns
•Experience working with all major search engine platforms
•Experience with Marin Software a plus
•Basic knowledge of SEM and optimization tactics
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
•The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
•Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Flexible schedule: available weekends and late nights occasionally throughout the year, as needed
•Team player with the ability to develop cordial, professional relationships with all levels of MLBAM staff and partners
•Baseball and sports enthusiast is preferred
