The Sales Force Analyst will have end-to-end management responsibility for the company’s CRM system(s) and will drive company-wide adoption of CRM by facilitating business processes, driving and tracking adoption, delivering training and fostering business analytics through CRM reports. In addition, the Sales Force Analyst will utilize all company data sources to provide timely and informative sales reporting to management.

Drive widespread usage of CRM across the company for business management
Develop and execute reseller adoption of the company CRM system for entering and tracking customer opportunities (e.g. channel partners enter and track their own company customer opportunities in the company CRM system)
Provide first line system support for all CRM users
Develop and deliver CRM training to all internal and external users
Maintain the CRM system and drive continuous system enhancement
Monitor CRM system operation and maintenance, escalating system bugs as identified to ensure optimum performance
Provide data analysis and reports to management and users utilizing data available in CRM and other company data sources
Develop report dashboards for users
Education & Training:
Bachelor’s degree in business related, mathematics or computer science discipline; MBA is a plus

2-3 years CRM, customer service and/or business analytical experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong analytical skills required
Ability to work with and interpret complex data sets
Excellent command in MS Excel
Understanding of a plus
Understanding of Oracle or similar ERP systems a plus
Ability to develop & deliver presentations and training
