Digital Account Director
Quartz is looking for an Account Director to join our dynamic, growing, all-star team of digital media professionals in an exciting, start-up environment. Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong relationships through a consultative process involving on-site meetings and presentations with client and agency decision makers seeking to engage Global Business Professionals.- Develop and deliver winning programs and proposals that lead to lasting and commercially successful advertising partnerships with a focus on branded content creation and innovative custom advertising.- Inform the ongoing and developing business strategy development through deep knowledge and understanding of the market, categories, advertising business, and trends.Serve as a representative of the Quartz brand in a positive, convincing, and enthusiastic manner. Qualifications:- Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to win.- Ideally has relationships on both agency side and client side.- Ability to take ownership and work independently to meet aggressive performance goals.- Outstanding professional record of achievement.- Strong interest in global business, high-quality content and online media.- Excellent and persuasive communication skills, including an ability to create and deliver convincing arguments verbally and in writing.- Strong interpersonal skills and strength in building lasting relationships internally and externally.- Effective time management and organization skills.- 5+ years of experience.
