* Telephone coverage for Senior team
* Maintains executives' appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
* Develop professional PowerPoint presentations with Excel data
* Prepare business correspondence
* Effectively maintain and coordinate calendars of staff - schedule appointments, interviews & meetings
* Coordinates and arranges travel and hotel accommodations
* Processes travel expense reports and vendor invoices
* Schedule, plan, and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings
* Supervise and provide coverage for Receptionist/Office Manager
* Provide support to other administrative assistants, as required
* Develop and maintain business contacts
* Complete special projects as assigned
* Other duties as assigned


* Associate or Bachelors Degree
* Minimum of 5 years executive assistance experience
* Proficient in office management and current computer/office communications technologies
* Expert PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook skills
* Flexibility to work extended hours as circumstances dictate
* Willingness to learn new computer programs
* Travel Logistics
* Verbal and written communications


* Detailed oriented, highly organized & resourceful, able to multitask
* Independent thinker and problem solver
* Good team player
* Self starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction within non-structured, fast-paced, challenging work environment; discrete
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
* High level of integrity; maintenance of confidentiality of sensitive HR Data
* Maintain the highest level of internal and external customer service
