We are seeking a Creative Resource Manager to join our Los Angeles creative team. The responsibilities for this role include:
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects
  • Main point of contact for resource booking against Creative work requests
  • Run weekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues/conflict resolution with Production Team and appropriate department heads.
  • Collaborate with Creative department leads, Head of Production, Director of Creative Services, Strategy and all other team members to monitor and manage resources for multiple project work-flows to meet changing needs or requirements
  • Review, prioritize, and communicate daily/weekly project requests and partner with Creative leads to assign appropriate resources based on project scopes
  • Alert ECD and Head of Production of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing
  • Manage trade-offs effectively among schedule, scope, and budget on projects with respect to available resources
  • Partner with Creative leads to match team members against projects and to evaluate best team makeup for assigned projects
  • Assist Creative leads in coordination and management of annual review process for Creative Department
  • Help to prepare materials for creative presentations
  • Identify need for freelance talent and build company's freelance portfolio
  • Manage and maintain Recruiting process and documentation
  • Ensure project request documentation is complete, current, and accessible to team members

  • Four year degree required
  • 3-5 years resource management/recruitment experience in advertising/marketing required
  • Affirmative Action reporting and/or SmartSearch experience a plus
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to obtain results
  • Working under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
