Primary responsibilities include:
The Junior Graphic Designer position will encompass information design, marketing design and interactive design.

The designer will produce maps, charts, infographics, interactive graphics, email campaign graphics, marketing collateral (direct response experience preferred), and executive level presentations.

The position demands quick turnaround on very tight schedules, and the ability to learn quickly.

Strong candidates must be highly proficient with:
•Photoshop
•Illustrator
•InDesign
•Acrobat Pro
•Interactive graphic design and data visualization including:
oResponsive design
oHTML5
oCSS3
oAdobe Edge Animate and Muse
oJavaScript specific chart and mapping libraries/software such as D3.js, QGIS, ArcGIS, MapBox, etc.

Exceptional candidates have video skills including:
•Final Cut Pro X
•Adobe Premiere Pro
•Adobe After Effects
•Encoding and composition
•Editorial experience is preferred as well as familiarity with P2 cameras and DSLR

Education/Experience:
The position requires at least 1-2 years experience working full time as a professional Graphic Designer, and a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication design, or a related discipline.
