Key Responsibilities:

Manage jobs and accounts - both commercial and editorial for high end fashion/beauty clients;
Including scheduling, estimating and billing
Organizing materials from clients and managing information coming from clients for internal staff
Organizing meetings with photographers and clients to review job materials
Negotiating for budgets and turn-around times and keeping to timelines and budgets
Working with retouchers, designers to achieve the goals of the client

Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3 + years project management
Proficient knowledge of fashion and fashion photography
Experience in building timelines, budgeting and estimating
Experience in advertising, magazine work, and/or post production for photography
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Photoshop a plus)

Qualifications:
Strong ability to collaborate across departments
Methodical and detail-oriented
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to prioritize projects while maintaining a level of flexibility
Strong work ethic, results-oriented and proactive
