The AdOps Project Manager role will assist in the development of all new ad products, site changes/redesigns, ad tagging and rich media vendor relationships. The candidate should have exceptional communication, organizational, technical and interpersonal skills along with a working knowledge of digital media, online advertising products and expertise in ad serving capabilities. This is a multi-faceted position that requires a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving strategic business opportunities while working on multiple, technically complex, high profile projects

• Identify needs, scope solutions, evaluate solutions and communicate cross departmentally

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and investigate and understand project priorities

• Coordinate the development of new online advertising products, develop and maintain technical specs for those products. Enable ad serving to those products, test those products, and ultimately communicate product status to multiple stakeholders

• Support Sales, Sales Planning, Campaign management and Revenue operations

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years online ad operations experience

• Experience with Mobile and Video ad servers / solutions

• Experience with Dart For Publishers (DFP) and/or other ad serving systems (Atlas, OpenX, etc.)

• Experience with third party vendors (Mediamind, Pointroll, etc.)

• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, flash and Photoshop

• Incredible attention to detail and follow-through

• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and client-facing skills required

• Demonstrated analytical skills

• Proven ability to: multi-task, work under pressure, understand customer needs, build and maintain relationships

• Passion for online media, service, and business results

• Bachelor's degree

• Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
