Office Manager/Assistant to the Associate Publishe
The assistant will support NYLON's Associate Publisher by meeting the day-to-day needs in areas of administrative tasks, personal errands, and projects related to the publishing and marketing fields. Duties will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and helping to organize various projects. In addition, this role will entail ordering office supplies, handling package drop-offs and other administrative tasks. This role will require strong time management and communication skills. Good work ethic and the ability to prioritize are key.Key Responsibilities:Manage schedules and correspondence for Associate PublisherWork under the publisher to update reports for ad salesOrganize meetings between Associate Publisher and business clientsMake international and domestic travel arrangementsOrder office supplies and maintain office organizationRequirements:Bachelors DegreePublishing or marketing experience preferredAbility to work in a fast paced environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projectsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsA confident attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressurePlease include resume and cover letter in text of email.PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS!
