The Senior Graphic Designer will work with an in-house creative team and multiple internal business stakeholders to produce innovative and engaging sales and marketing materials. You’ll join a team of professionals that prides itself on excellence in everything we do. A strong background in digital/interactive design is a must.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate has a strong background in visual and user interface design for online and offline (print and events) initiatives. He/she is an extremely creative, innovative thinker with the proven ability to shift gears quickly and manage multiple assignments at once.

The graphic designer is enthusiastic about discovering solutions that meet brand guidelines and can deliver edginess to projects while conveying the business stakeholder’s vision.

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues and consider creative direction from a variety of internal clients. Working with Kaspersky’s global teams, you will work in partnership on global corporate and consumer campaigns to ensure the overarching theme meets the North America market needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the concept, design and delivery of a wide range of sales and marketing materials that include flash banners, html templates, landing pages, pdfs, ebrochures, flyers, posters and more
• Develop engaging and innovative concepts through discussions and planning sessions with team members
• Understand the importance of the user experience, engagement and conversion as it pertains to digital assets.
• Accept and enthusiastically address constructive feedback from your manager, team members and business stakeholders.
• Shift priorities to meet deadlines based on changing sales and marketing requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Eagerness to learn the latest design tools
• Maintain an attitude of continually raising the bar with regard to quality and level of design.

• Ability to juggle several projects at once and prioritize tasks to successfully meet individual delivery timelines
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, Flash along with other leading edge tools. Known keyboard shortcuts for all programs
• Minimum 10 years design experience
o 5 years producing HTML email, a must
o 5 years flash commercial banner creation, a must
