We are currently searching for an experienced, energetic Creative Director to spearhead our catalog and print marketing efforts and provide guidance and leadership to our creative team. In this position, you will be working with multiple internal departments to oversee the creation and production of all printed materials that pass through our Art Department, including multiple annual catalogs, marketing brochures, retail flyers, event signage, and more. Qualified candidates will possess the ability to maintain high expectations of self, team members and colleagues, and will have experience managing simultaneous projects, workflows and people. Since you will be working closely with the CEO, COO and other high-level staff members on a daily basis, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with company executives are also a must. This position is on-site at our Carson headquarters.

Responsibilities & Requirements
•Oversee the creation of all catalogs and printed collateral
•Oversee our in-house photo studio
•Guide, collaborate with & support team leads within the Art Department, including the Catalog Art Manager, Production Manager, Assistant Manager, and Marketing & Retail leads
•Provide support to multiple internal departments, including Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, and Research & Development

•Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing creative professionals
•Crystal-clear communication skills
•Technically sophisticated and Mac-savvy, with exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite
•Ability to assess and delegate workload
•Talent for developing and promoting efficiency in procedures
•Capacity to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
•Experience establishing and maintaining highly accurate, error-proof file management procedures
