We're looking for an experienced office/studio administrator who is adaptable to working on a wide variety of tasks in a small team environment.

Must also have:
-At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a creative field.
-Strong writing skills—must be highly literate.
-General knowledge of art, literature, culture a plus.
-The ability to juggle lots of shifting priorities.
-Skills in Word, Excel, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
-WordPress and HTML skills a plus
-Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities:
-Administratively support studio principals.
-Manage day-to-day studio operations, including answering phones and general email; overseeing maintenance of facilities; maintaining library and files; ordering supplies and equipment; packing and shipping; managing calendars and schedules; coordinating meetings, travel, and events; and running errands.
-Support marketing efforts, including managing social media and websites, preparing contest materials, planning events, and maintaining contact lists.
-Support IT by liaising with external IT team, tracking all software and ensuring processes are running smoothly.
-Assist Office team in research, writing, proofreading, sourcing, and other projects as needed.
