The Campaign Manager will work closely with the Sales Strategy, Project Management, Sales, and Yield teams to ensure that campaigns are executed perfectly and client goals are always exceeded. The job requires daily use of DART Sales Manager and DART for Publishers, managing and tracking campaign delivery, testing and QA of new vendors and site upgrades, reporting and campaign optimization. · Ensure proper execution and delivery of all digital ad campaigns.
· Build excellent relationships with internal and external teams. Communicate daily with sales and sales support teams, third party vendors and client contacts as publisher-side post-sales execution expert.
· Perform thorough QA checks on ad creative and custom programs. Manage various aspects of technical implementation and testing for ad products and custom builds.
· First point of contact for campaign issues and requests. Ability to troubleshoot and learn new systems independently a big plus.
· Recommend advertising technology solutions to internal client team based on a comprehensive understanding of the client’s requirements and marketing objectives.
· Monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery and performance; provide detailed reporting and recommendations to all internal teams.

· Ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines across multiple clients

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail; exact precision in data input and organization
· Possess advanced analytical skillset with strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Quick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical knowledge
· Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years' experience in Digital Ad Operations
· Experience with third party ad servers (DFP, DSM, CheckM8, VAST video) a plus
· Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS preferred; experience in any other scripting or development language a plus (e.g., SQL)
