National Sales Manager

Based in the USA, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for selling new and existing services, which may include but is not limited to pre-media services, content creation, data conversion, business process outsourcing services and software development & technology services. Specific responsibilities include:
_Develop and implement action plans for expanding business with existing clients, as well as new business development, while working with the organization to optimize revenue.
oFormulate and provide plans to build team to facilitate required sales and sales operational structures and functions; recruit, train and guide the generation of revenue of other sales members. This executive will function tactically and lead strategically.
oParticipate in the budget preparation and be responsible for the turnover and profit margins.
_Take advantage of market conditions and proactively create opportunities that might not exist without his or her conceptualization of opportunities for clients on business, creative and technical levels.
_Perform core-selling activities, including sales call preparation, price negotiation, execution of sales calls, and post-call analysis and reporting. Capitalize on cross service opportunities that enhance revenue across the five verticals of the company.
_Set, track and achieve sales revenue goals.
_Effectively manage the sales opportunity pipeline and consistently hit the forecast.
_Extensive National and International travel.
_Minimum of 7 years U.S. National Sales experience required _ including Bus Dev, Account Management, Key Account Development; Experience with a Pre-media / Publishing back office / Technology services company preferred; experience in sales for a service company based in India, ideal.
_Bachelor_s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
_Experience in organizationally targeting, presenting to and developing national and international accounts required.
_Proven management skills and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
_International business experience preferred.
_Must be intelligent, aggressive and a polished sales professional who can successfully interact with senior decision makers in client organizations.
_Ability to initiate and grow relationships with key client senior executives and develop mutually beneficial partnership.
_Ability to structure deals and take an entrepreneurial approach to business.
_Experience in evaluating specific business categories and marketplace trends to identify prospective accounts that enhance national and international positioning against competitors in the marketplace.
_A clear capacity to function with autonomy as the senior sales executive in the US.
_Must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial drive and have experience working on both small and large complex accounts.
_Experience in working closely with internal personnel across service lines.
_Should be able to interact with senior delivery and support heads at Crest to develop proposals, pricing and credit terms, with the goal of negotiating terms and contracts with prospects and customers.
_A proven record of financial success in cultivating the specific desired markets and business verticals.
_A record of financial leadership in managing sales budgets in a fiscally responsible manner.
_Experience with analytics and metrics to evaluate business deals and their worth based on inventory, relationships, space and deliverability.
_Manage the development and delivery of presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate how Crest_s service offering effectively address client requirement and business objectives.
_Create value beyond initial sales opportunity. Identify strategic prospects throughout targeted organizations. Assess identified opportunities and formulate effective strategy to pursue further.
_Ability to handle cold calls and account management.
_Possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics.
