We're looking for a media maven who can help lead our prestige clients into new digital opportunities while helping maintain their prominence in the traditional space. This person will interface with clients on all things marketing, serving as much more than their media advisor.

Our new team member will be capable of planning and implementing the programs he or she creates, which means administrative, detail and follow-through skills are a must. A thorough understanding of digital media buying techniques and metrics is a must, as is an open, curious mind to uncover the next best thing on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day coordination/execution and management of media plans, including Print and Digital.
- Media strategy development and overall direction.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities including authorizations, budgets, and the reconciliation process.
- Analyze and provide clients with research data and media/marketing information as well as strategic analysis of campaigns using the latest analytics and sentiment measurements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, publishers and our internal account and creative teams to ensure an effective creation and implementation of campaigns.
- Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance.
- Accommodate ad hoc responsibilities and evolving job duties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology and third party market research tools such as Double Click DART, Atlas DMT, comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, NetRatings, MRI, Simmons, SRDS
- Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task multiple, competing priorities, and projects through strong time management and organization.
- Proficient understanding of accounting principles, data analyzing, and market research
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other various outside vendors.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- 3+ years of experience in prior media planning/buying function
