Job Description:

Responsibilities include forging successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and development teams, including day-to-day communication and management through presentations and plan summaries. It also includes closely tracking the submission and approval process. The Senior Manager will ensure milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget and complete, and that the approved submissions maintain a high standard of brand integrity and compliance with client and company guidelines. The Senior Project Manager must be capable of visualizing and communicating end to end projects, developing work back calendars, managing process, writing and following up on creative briefs and identifying key vendors.
Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure project tracking, logging, revising and delivery is accountable.

Job Responsibilities:

•Primary day-to-day producer/manager of projects, providing updates on status of deliverables
•Managing human resources
•Workforce allocation
•Explaining creative and project deliverables through presentations, diagrams and timelines
•Reviewing all milestones for compliance, and routing to third parties
•Communication updates including but not limited to production updates, demonstrations, visual presentations, presentation graphics, meetings, conference calls, and site visits
•Leads physical and digital implementation:
oGraphic design
oDigital development and content management
oPrinted materials
oPublic relations

Job Requirements:

•College degree
•5+ years experience in event production and/or project management
•Previous Producer experience or equivalent
•Enthusiastic, positive, team oriented, and organized
•Knowledge of music industry and current artists is required
•Knowledge of automotive industry preferred
•Practical experience in setting, guiding and evaluating multiple styles of production processes
•Understanding of service, entertainment, etiquette, personal/business boundaries
•Strong and effective communication
•Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve complex problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•Strategic thinking with high attention to detail
•Identifying dependencies and disseminating information to staff and management
•Excellent leadership interpersonal and organizational skills
•Ability to create, maintain, and track comprehensive project schedules
•Ability to identify and resolve conflicts between budget, schedule and design goals
•Ability to identify and mitigate risks
•Ability to work under tight schedules and high-stress environment
•Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop preferred
