Job Responsibilities
The executive assistant will be instrumental in conserving the time of the executive team, and act as a liaison both in house and externally.
?General administrative duties
?Maintain schedule, correspondence, organize meetings and travel logistics
?Support the editorial team by creating monthly content runsheets, sales sheets, managing editorial interns, freelancer contracts and invoices
?Occasional sales support including magazine deliveries and mass mailings, event assistance, and comp list management
?Miscellaneous personal assistance

Skills/Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in communications and media
?Supreme verbal and written communication skills
?Focused attention to detail and deadlines
?Scheduling and logistical management
?Self-confidence and self-motivation are a must.
