Junior Graphic Designer, Print
Education, Skills, and Required Experience•BA Degree or relevant degree from a reputable school of design;•1 - 3 years of graphic/print design experience; Strong layout and typography skills.•Literate in the non-profit communications arena;•Familiar with culturally diverse design challenges;•Possess strong Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator skills. Mac/PC Proficient;•Manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently and meet deadlines; •Have a proven track record for creating interesting, unusual and unique ideas to address a visual design problem;•Take ideas from concept to creative to final execution with ease;•Experience with HTML and CSS a plus;•Excellent verbal and written communication skills;•Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a collaborative approach to creative development.•Impressive attention to detail, strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.
