• Must have 3-5 years of experience managing the social-media channels and blog for a brand and/or a demonstrated expertise in both via personal social-media channels and blog
• Must be a brilliant content marketer, a gifted writer for the Web, and possess some formal training in writing and/or copyediting
• Must have a track record of creating content that has gone viral, a demonstrated love of reading and books, and a keen eye for small details
• A sharp eye for design and basic Photoshop skills
• Knowledge of Hootsuite, WordPress, Excel and Word
• Must be organized, extremely detailed-oriented with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
