We are currently seeking a E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to drive and develop the online presence of Assouline brand and support the revenue growth of our exquisite fine art books. He or she will report directly to the founder of the company and work closely with the Director of Publishing Operations and the SVP Finance and Operations.

•Manage and grow online sales
•Manage orders processing in line with the logistic department
•Manage customer service
•Improve margin by lowering shipping costs and streamline logistics
•Manage budget and forecasts: ensure all actions deliver an efficient ROI within budget
•Develop reporting tools
•Analyze data and provides optimization recommendations
•Migrate and implement Assouline.com new platform (developed with Magento), in coordination with our external provider.

Online Marketing
•Build brand awareness to grow Assouline.com audience and sales
•Develop content marketing to improve stickiness
•Implement specific online marketing plans for the launch of each new book published
•Conduct search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)
•Implement pay-per-click (PPC) and affiliate marketing & comparison-shopping engine campaigns
•Manage emailing campaigns
•Develop database and build loyalty mechanisms (card, club…)

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field;
•5+ years of E-commerce and Digital Marketing experience;
•Experience with a luxury brand is a plus;
•Collaborative: flexible ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Finance, Retail, Communication, and Operations departments
•Fluency in French is a plus
