The Marketing Data Analyst will support the demand generation team and our fast-growing Cubify consumer brand by providing campaign and web analysis and reporting for all business units within 3D Systems. He/she will be responsible for mining and converting data into key insights and intelligence to support the organization’s strategic and tactical initiatives.

Create digital dashboards and performance summary reports for various business units and senior management and other ad-hoc reports as necessary
Define, track, and provide key insights on performance indicators for the various business units
Provide insights on the performance of websites/microsites to understand user behaviors and trends and marketing campaigns with the end goal of optimizing results and maximizing conversion
Assist the marketing managers to run ROI analysis, marketing campaign tracking and results analysis and have experience in helping to develop various optimization strategies
Use quantitative methods and tools including A/B testing, multivariate analysis and optimization techniques to analyze campaign performance across deliverability, open rates, bounce rates and conversions
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or Finance

At least two years of relevant work experience in data analytics/marketing reporting

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Superior analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytic tools
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Experience with Google Adwords
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot a plus
Strong organization, prioritization and attention to detail
Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills
Hands-on, roll-up your sleeves attitude
