The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), a not-for-profit organization, is the largest professional organization for airport executives in the world, representing thousands of airport management personnel at public-use airports. AAAE’s primary goal is to assist airport executives in fulfilling their responsibilities to the airports and communities they serve.
A core business of the Airport News and Training Network, a division of AAAE, is corporate video production. We have produced hundreds of programs for subscribers and clients such as the Transportation Security Administration, British Airports Authority, Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, RS&H Consulting Firm, DAON Corporation and MITRE Corporation, just to name a few.
ANTN has invested in a state-of-the-art production facility located in Alexandria, VA, the home of AAAE. The facility includes seven Avid edit bays, a fully equipped studio, four mobile production crews, CD and DVD authoring and duplication facilities as well as two graphic production suites.
ANTN has also invested in some of the most talented industry professionals available with a collective experience of well over 100 years. Our video technicians possess vast experience working in the areas of aviation and airports and are uniquely qualified to safely and efficiently cover events on the airfield and post-produce professional, effective finished video content.

Job Opening
AAAE is searching for a talented full-time motion graphics artist who can also cut video to join our creative services team in our Alexandria’s Old Town, World Headquarters. The motion graphics artist and video editor will work closely with the team in taking each project from concept through development. The successful candidate will bring passion and creativity to various projects from animated product demos to 3D training simulations using gaming elements. Versatile technical skills, a refined design sensibility, style, and demonstrable experience developing and producing visual stories are a must to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:
? Execute animation and video editing projects with attention to detail and on deadline ¬driven timelines.
? Work with producers, creative directors, and clients to design style frames, build storyboards, animate and composite videos
? Take initiative and work independently and also be comfortable working on a team
? Create, alter and composite media assets for a wide-range of digital projects

Qualifications:
???Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film or a related field and at least 3 years practical experience in multimedia design, editing, and compression standards
???Portfolio of commercial grade motion work
???Cinema 4D
???Graphic Design experience to include photorealistic 2D and 3D modeling
???Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere with motion graphics and compositing
???Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)
??? Proven ability to take creative projects from conception to completion while managing and delivering in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
???Maintain project files; organize and archive all materials produced for fast, easy retrieval
??? Conceptualize and develop unique motion graphics for Web and other platforms execute animation and video editing projects with attention to detail
???Knowledge of video industry standard formats, and media management practices on MAC/PC platforms and stay abreast of current technology and advancements in the industry
?? Personal Characteristics: Self-motivation and direction with strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively and to provide and accept constructive criticism. ?High level of interest, involvement and enthusiasm.?Punctual and professional
