•3+ years experience in consulting, media, strategy, marketing/advertising and/or start-up preferred

•Proven experience in and understanding of media industry and consumer marketing preferred

•Drive for transformational, pioneering cultural work

•Self-starter, seeking challenging experience

•Creative, strategic, analytical, generous cross-disciplinary thinker

•An ability to pull together insights, research, and observations to build an effective, compelling narrative

•Outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively

•Excellent writing skills

•Strong desk research skills

•Strong connection to and passion for culture

•Attentive to detail; well-organized; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines

•Ability to work in a fast-moving environment; flexible and adaptable to change
