We are currently seeking highly driven, bright, entrepreneurial individuals with a passion for sales and strategic thinking to join our team. The Member Services Associate position will play a critical role within our fast-paced sales team focused on growing business in membership outreach and sales. Responsibilities Include:1. Strategic Territory Management-Segment assigned territory to identify best prospects by market segment, financial quarter, policy initiatives-Gather business intelligence on organizations, leads and qualified prospects-Partner with senior-level colleagues to create customized outreach and marketing plans for assigned territories 2. Targeted Sales & Marketing Outreach-Leverage best-practice strategic communication and marketing collateral via email and phone-Deliver value proposition of Membership with prospective members to secure onsite meeting-Manage marketing campaign development, outreach and tracking-Schedule sales meetings and conference calls with prospective members to achieve weekly and monthly goals-Assist in pipeline management as prospects move through evaluation stages3. Team Logistics & Administrative Responsibilities-Prepare background material and marketing collateral in advance of sales meetings and conference calls-Ensure Salesforce contains accurate account details, sales activities, and contact information -Coordinate transition from prospect to member by granting access to resources, invoicing and scheduling member orientation calls-Participate in staff meetings and complete follow-up activities and assignmentsQualifications of the Ideal Candidate:EXPERIENCE-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/University-Experience in one of the following areas: Customer Service, Fundraising or Sales, Student or Volunteer Leadership, Team or Groups Settings, Politics or Office-based Internship-Knowledge of Washington, DC industries including Government, Associations, Lobbying, Legal, Not-for-Profit a plusSKILLS-Proven record of goal or performance-based achievement-Entrepreneurial initiative to manage multiple, competing priorities-Sophisticated and polished verbal and written communication-Strong work ethic driven by creativity, persistence and tenacity-Thrive in an organized and routine driven team environment-Superior professionalism, discretion, and judgment Atlantic Media is an EOE of Minorities/Females/Vets/Disability.Apply Online with the link above.
