This role is ideal for someone who has strong time-management skills, exemplary customer service in a client-facing role, and the ability to multi-task, as well as coordinate and manage multiple projects. A successful candidate will be an engaged and involved team member who can work independently as needed, build client relationships, demonstrate a positive attitude, take initiative, be detail-orientated, and understand the importance of meeting deadlines.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant work experience in a communications and/or professional association environment. Familiarity or experience with organizing and developing usable content for websites, as well as writing and editing web content is required. Knowledge of HTML, web analytics tools, and SEO experience is a plus. Experience with staffing volunteer committees and working with committees is desirable. All candidates must have a fluent working knowledge of the English language and be proficient in both verbal and written communication.
