Thanks for considering a career at MakerBot. Over the last five years, MakerBot has defined a new industry: desktop 3D printing. Now we’re on a mission to bring 3D printing to everyone.

As the eCommerce Analyst, you’ll be a member of our Performance Marketing Team and work to constantly refine MakerBot’s E-Commerce efforts. Your ability to analyze and present your findings in a well-reasoned, forward-thinking way will be instrumental in helping visitors to our website be a part of the Next Industrial Revolution.

As eCommerce Analyst, you will:
Develop benchmarks and goals for E-Commerce sales
Make recommendations on improvements to our site’s e-commerce experience, resulting in increased conversions, for new, returning, and cross channel customers
Create and deliver regular reports on the health of our e-commerce efforts, highlighting trends and providing key learnings
Provide business cases and push for major improvements where necessary
Track e-commerce sales across channels and suggest improvements to e-commerce program in relationship to findings gleaned from sources, SEM keywords, and organic search
Be accountable to month over month growth of our online sales numbers

To be considered for the eCommerce Analyst position, you need:
1-3 years of experience in an E-Commerce analyst, junior business analyst, or similar marketing analyst role
Deep working knowledge of Google Analytics, Magento, PowerPoint, and Excel
The ability to analyze performance and communicate it effectively to managers and executives
To be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
To be collaborative and highly organized, and a detail and process oriented self–starter with the ability to influence across cross-functional areas
A fundamental understanding of how to translate analysis into actionable items
Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This employer will not sponsor applications for work/student Visas.

Extra Experience counts too!
Professional experience with 3D printing or MakerBot is a significant plus
Previous experience in startups and/or product marketing is preferred
