We're looking for an out-of-the-box, passionate and creative Director of Strategic Alliances for Stratasys to work in our Brooklyn, New York offices. You will work with the Stratasys Director of Strategy and Strategic Alliances developing and managing partnerships. If you are a self-starter who has worked in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment or in an international technology company, and you know how to open doors with partners and channels, this is your chance to be a part of the next Industrial Revolution!

This position is based at the Stratasys office in Brooklyn, New York.

As Director of Strategic Alliances for Stratasys, you will:
Define strategic rationale for alliances based on ecosystem analysis and Stratasys’ strategy, and execute upon it
Incubate, launch and manage strategic partnerships that are opportunity driven
Manage metrics and reporting for defined partnerships
Develop partner strategy that continues to position Stratasys with first movers and leaders in industry
Tirelessly open doors to the right partners to enable the next Industrial Revolution
Ruthlessly set and manage targets for our partners to pursue
Be accountable to plan – create a reporting package and live and die by it

To be considered for the Director of Strategic Alliance position, you need:
7+ years in a position of either leadership in an early adopter technology company, a bleeding edge concept or as a creative and out-of-the-box dynamo business development leader
7+ years of experience working with an entrepreneurial or start-up organization – preferably in taking a company from early adopter to mainstream marketplace
Ability and willingness to work in a very fast paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Amazing communication skills – verbal, written and social media
Excruciating attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate that you have met or exceeded sales goals and expectations
Strong negotiating skills; very familiar with legal contracts and the financial drivers behind them
Ability to travel
Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This employer will not sponsor applications for work/student Visas.

Familiarity with 3D printing or Stratasys
Undergraduate Degree from a Top-Tier International University
MBA from a Top-Tier program
