Thanks for considering a career at MakerBot. Over the last five years, MakerBot has defined a new industry: desktop 3D printing. Now we’re on a mission to bring 3D printing to everyone.

At MakerBot, Project Management is at the core of what we do. We’re looking for a sharp Marketing Project Coordinator who loves managing multiple critical projects from the ground up: from taking briefs, to converting them to detailed project plans, to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope, and all with a collaborative spirit. The right person for this role will report to our Director of Project Management and be an integral member of the project management team.

This role is not for someone who likes to work alone. If you get excited about solving problems with cross functional team members from Marketing, Global Biz Dev and Sales, this is your chance to be a part of the Next Industrial Revolution with MakerBot.

As Marketing Project Coordinator, you will:
Supervise marketing projects with tight deadlines
Create detailed project plans and report on progress
Effectively communicate with Product Managers, Creatives and Leadership
Create detailed and accurate deliverable lists
Monitor and update marketing roadmap
Lead cross functional meetings as needed
Anticipate risks and provide mitigation strategies
Prioritize and facilitate questions from team members
Triage competing priorities within workstreams to ensure ontime deliveries

To be considered for the Marketing Project Coordinator position, you need:
2-3+ years experience managing marketing and/or technical projects
Experience with project management techniques and tools
Experience with one or more project management tools (MS Project, Asana)
Experience with agile methodology
Experience with change management
Experience managing people in creative, fast pace environments
Strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environments
advanced skills in MS Excel and Word
Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This employer will not sponsor applications for work/student Visas.

Extra Experience counts too!
Management experience
Familiarity with 3D printing or MakerBot
We welcome candidates with experience from Agencies (i.e. alumni of R/GA, Droga5) and Clients (i.e. Apple, Google, FaceBook)
