Advertising Production Manager (CQ Roll Call), Advertising Operations
CQ Roll Call is in search of a Production Manager for the Advertising Operations team, responsible for managing and prioritizing all print ad material and logistics for Roll Call (daily), CQ Weekly, special sections and sponsored inserts. In addition this person will be responsible for reporting and analysis as well as email marketing outreach activities and onsite event support.

This person will be accountable for an in-depth knowledge of all CQ Roll Call brands and products with an expertise in Roll Call and CQW; will serve as the liaison between editorial, the advertising sales team, marketing, the events manager, our printer and outside vendors; determining positioning availability and advertising layout; managing special sections from start to finish; checking ad materials against CQRC specs; providing tear sheets and client copies; tracking market share and providing competitive reporting and analysis; assisting with print billing; addressing any issues and/or special needs with the printer and other ad hoc requests.

The ideal candidate is patient, dedicated and adaptable, while possessing great time-management skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, able to meet deadlines and work in a high-pressure sales environment. Must have a positive attitude, curious mind and temperament for diplomacy & collaboration. Candidate is required to possess a four-year BA/BS degree and must be highly proficient with Excel, Photo Shop, InDesign, Adobe Pro and PowerPoint.
