The JWT INSIDE Atlanta office is looking for a talented Social Media Community Manager who will work with account teams to educate clients on our innovative social media offerings and develop custom social media strategies that address their employer branding, recruitment and retention challenges, while managing various client and agency social channels.

•Own client relationship for key strategic client(s)
•Work with the account teams to guide the development and presentation of more complex, innovative and targeted social media solutions
•Assist in leading agency thought leadership on social media channels
•Stay up to date with social media trends and how they relate to our clients’ business objectives
•Write content posts about social media trends, POVs and updates to be used internally and externally to inform clients and other contacts
•Analyze metrics data to make recommendations that will increase client ROI through social channels
•Deliver formal and informal presentations to help win and educate clients, prospects and internal teams
•Develop written documentation such as proposals, presentations and client case studies
•Perform audits of current client and potential client social media strategies for new business efforts
•Work with the Media Planning & Marketing teams to develop, implement and analyze social advertising campaigns
•Support business development staff with creative and strategic outlines as part of the RFP or proposal process

Desired Skills and Experience
•Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, public speaking, and customer service skills
•2+ years of experience in social media, agency experience preferred
•A demonstrated passion for social media and knowledge of how to leverage social channels to achieve marketing goals
•An understanding of the impact of social media across all digital marketing channels, and the ability to discuss the ROI of social media campaigns
•A deep understanding of the direction the social landscape is going
•Excellent client service and demonstrated ability to grow internal and external relationships
•Demonstrated experience building and executing social media strategies across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, other channels, including blogging platforms like Tumblr, Wordpress, and emerging social networks
•BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
