Job Description

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in digital media with experience implementing
and maintaining content production and distribution workflows. While keeping the trains
running on time and an expert knowledge in grammar and style conventions for the web is
essential to this role, like all members of the content team, you’ll be expected to contribute
stories on an on-going basis. Tightening prose, punching up headlines, ensuring that
articles are formatted correctly and multimedia assets are properly integrated are all
additional job responsibilities.

Job Requirements

We’re particularly interested in candidates who possess the following:
? Minimum of 3 years copy editing in a news or digital environment
? Proven writing + editing ability
? Technological + social media savvy
? Fluency with AP style
? Experience writing headlines in digital media
? Good organizational skills and the ability to work on deadline

This is a full-time, in-house position. Compensation DOE.
