We are currently seeking a Merchandising Assistant to join our eCommerce division, Perks (, which offers our members access to exclusive opportunities, private events, discounted merchandise and other elite experiences from a diverse set of lifestyle categories. This is a full-time opportunity that offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in the merchandising process within our eCommerce function.

Core Responsibilities:

Analyze data through Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics to understand past successes and to lend credibility to new brands and services that could become potential partners.

Research eCommerce industry trends and incorporate them into the merchandising strategy.

Commerce Opportunity Development: Provide Managers and Curators with qualitative and quantitative data to assist in the development of endorsed Commerce Opportunities, in the form of financial reviews to ensure there are no competing Opportunities currently running in the space.

Ideation: Through research and analytics, add 75-100 prospects into Salesforce per week; using an acute brand awareness and understanding of current trends, product and brand launches and local experiences to support decision-making. Research may include initial relationship building with potential partners, so a polished phone and in person presence is a must.

Support Merchandising Manager with development of various spreadsheets and data reports as needed, including the Daily Sales Report. Maintain Merchandising function in Salesforce, adding new idea subjects from a variety of resources.

Support Merchandising Manager with maintenance of Sales calendar pipeline, projections and other analytical reports.

Coordinate with other groups and departments at UrbanDaddy on a variety of special projects including targeting reporting for Cross Promotion and Social Promotion projects.


2-4 years experience in general merchandising, eCommerce, finance or marketing/branding, preferably an analytical experience

BA or BS in finance, business, marketing or a related field

Experience in communicating with 3rd party business partners

Advanced Excel skills and Google Analytics skills

Experience with luxury brands a plus

Exceptional organization and prioritization skills

A strong understanding of the UD brand and aesthetic, and a passionate approach to our mission
