Duties and professional development include the following:
• Good knowledge of the local NYC local market.
• Build and maintain advertising and sponsorship revenue by continually prospecting for new accounts, leads and sales opportunities on the phone and in person.
• Service existing active accounts by maintaining contact with clients to ensure that we are meeting and/or exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain a weekly call list, which includes prospects and clients contacted, scheduled meetings and likelihood of a signed contract, for review on a regular basis.
• Regularly review competitive media to identify prospects and opportunities.
• Keep records in contact relationship database accurate and updated to support business.
• Aggressively pursue new business by following up on leads.
• Good knowledge of digital opportunities to generate revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both with local clients directly and with their agencies.

• Results-oriented, motivated contributor who brings passion and drive to succeed.
• Local print advertising & digital sales experience.
• Good organizational skills and has good Attention to detail skills
• Good communication skills
• Great closing skills
