The Integrated Marketing Associate assists in the development, execution, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns and processes to maximize the number of donors over the long term. This position reports to the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing.

Major Responsibilities:
• Recommend and implement direct mail and e-mail strategies and tests to maximize the number of donors over the long term. Leverage historical program results and marketplace insights to optimize targeting, segmentation, creative and copy, and incentives.
• Project-manage mail and e-mail campaigns and projects. Create, communicate, and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and detailed project documentation.
• Execute mailings and e-mail campaigns, including updating control copy, developing new package designs, managing the data processing, targeting, file preparation, and production with support from designers, writers, legal, IT, operations, print vendors, data vendors, and others.
• Review data and execute quality assurance processes.
• Take ownership of various ad hoc campaign tasks and details, including maintaining sample books, entering donor information and attributes into fundraising systems, securing postal advances, preparing invoices for payment, opening purchase orders, and any program-related special handling.
• Support direct mail and telegiving channel prospect list-acquisition efforts. Identify vendors and suitable lists, acquire lists as appropriate, and work with IT to execute suppression processes.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to reduce cost, effort, and complexity within direct mail and e-mail campaign execution processes.
• Manage production of campaign performance reports and other key reports across the direct channels.
