Full Time seeks a traffic analyst to gather, interpret, and report on performance data, and to deliver actionable insights to our digital content and product teams. You'll work with editorial, product, and technology colleagues to devise short- and long-term report cycles. You'll collaborate with content staff to hone tactics and strategy, to identify opportunities and plan content cycles, and to deliver meaningful daily metrics on content performance. You'll work with product and design to test, react, and optimize for user engagement patterns. You'll work across teams to develop dashboarding practices, share knowledge and best practices, and improve the ways we make and distribute our content and deepen user engagement with our brand.

Cond Nast Traveler is one of the world's premier content brands. Our digital business is growing in innovative and exciting ways. The environment is fast-paced; the team is ambitious and motivated. Successful candidates for this role will have two or more years' experience with complex content analytics, deep knowledge of Omniture and Google Analytics, a facility with segmentation and data slicing, and a familiarity with real-time analytics tools such as Parsely or Chartbeat. Experience with social listening tools such as Netbase or Crowdtangle is a major plus. A nimble and curious mind is essential.
