A successful Account Director will play a primary role in managing multiple client relationships and agency teams – from strategic planning to tactical execution. As a leader on the account team, this individual will be expected to effectively and efficiently drive strategy, manage resources, and ensure fiscal responsibility.

• Provide strategic leadership to drive long-term business building and success for both Client and Agency
• Guide clients and manage Agency account, creative and culinary teams to ensure successful development, implementation and analysis of marketing and sales strategies and plans
• Accountable for managing budgets, reconciliations and forecasts to ensure Client and team profitability
• Provide value by maintaining and sharing knowledge, insight and analysis of industry-related news, trends and competitive landscapes
• Lead by example, set expectations, motivate, develop and evaluate team members
• Promote agency capabilities and services through direct client contact and external industry interactions
• Communicate with executive-level staff and provide input as needed regarding agency matters related to team management, budgets, processes/systems, services and new business

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising, Master’s degree preferred

• Fluently speak and write in English and Spanish languages
• A solid understanding of the Hispanic foodservice channel
• Understanding financial reporting, analysis and budgeting
• Organized, creative and critical thinker
• Positive team player with a solution-driven attitude
• Strong presentation, written and communication skills
• Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
