For Harvard Common Press:
•Coordinate shipping instructions for each new book or reprint that ships from printer.
•Manage drop ships and ensure books are delivered, billed, and received into inventory.
•Manage the entire fulfillment process from the taking and entering of orders through the processing of orders and generating of invoices, acting as liaison with our national distributor.
•Input sales reports on a monthly basis into company accounting system
•Ensure the smooth operation and accuracy of data in the accounting system on a regular basis
•Act as primary customer service contact, including working with new customers to explain our ordering procedures and establish accounts
•Process individual orders
•Review and input bills and review with Publisher for timely payment
•Manage AP accounts
•Maintain files of royalty statements and mail statements to authors and agents.
•Input royalties to be approved by Publisher. Act as liaison for royalty questions from authors or agents.
•Ensure overall smooth operation of the Harvard Common Press, including overseeing office and kitchen, and greeting guests as they arrive.
•Maintain office equipment, including the computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones. Make maintenance calls and oversee technicians as needed.
•Order and organize office and mailing supplies
•Assist publisher with special projects.

For The Food Loft:
• Arrange new tenant move in and move out, set-up office space.
• Provide keys, alarm codes and office tours.
• Collect rent.
• Assist in planning Food Loft events as well as set-up and clean-up.
• Deal with any tenant issues.
