We are currently seeking a Website & Email Marketing Manager to drive consumer awareness for HarperCollins Children’s Books through various digital marketing programs. Creative and results-driven thinking is essential in this role as you establish programs that drive traffic and quality leads through cost-effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of writing, analytical, creative, technical and marketing skills to the role.

•Manage creation of landing pages and subsequent updates including planning, process and policy development, monitoring, metrics and reporting.
•Serve as website producer; ensuring consistency of website content and strategy across digital properties.
•Regularly audit content and develop strategies, production timelines, and asset requirements to keep content fresh and timely.
•Oversee email marketing efforts including enewsletters and ecommerce promotions and manage the production, testing, deployment, and measurement of all campaigns.
•Establish marketing goals and metrics; work with marketing teams to augment strategy and meet goals.
•Track and analyze user site behavior, competitive offerings, and industry changes to produce regular reports to business team and other decision makers.
•Work with the Marketing Analytics team to implement an audience development goal plan and partner with marketing teams to deploy and track campaigns
•Coordinate regular team meetings to ensure digital marketing and web strategies are aligned with business goals.
•Research and recommend features, functions, and solutions to create compelling digital content that increases consumer engagement and acquisition across channels.
•Keep current with trends and changes in marketing, ecommerce, web development, advertising, sales promotion, and media marketing strategies.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing space working with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
•Extensive knowledge of Analytics, Social Media, SEO and SEM, Photoshop and HTML
•Highly motivated, resourceful, problem solving, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track and on budget in a fast-moving environment
•Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practices, tactics, and strategies
•Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required; must be able to present results and actionable plans to colleagues, executives, authors, and prospective partners
