Duties and Responsibilities:

•Responsible for all pre- & post-launch trafficking responsibilities; manage
•implementation of all operations requirements for assigned campaigns (tracking,
•tagging, agency/site correspondence, etc).
•Ensure that all creative units, placements, click-through URLs, and click commands
•are correct and correspond to insertion orders prior to campaign launch.
•Crosscheck that all data is reporting properly from launch to the end of the campaign.
•Maintaining campaign tracking from start to finish to ensure correct impressions
•Request screen shots and other proof of performance.
•Notify relevant parties on campaign status on an ongoing basis.
•Prepare post analytic and status reports.
•Archive all final creative elements into a shared database.


•2+ years of media or agency experience.
•Candidate should be confident and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability
•Familiarity with traditional marketing functions and digital advertising trafficking &
•Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, and Power Point/Keynote.
•Experience with DoubleClick or similar third party ad server.
•Strong time management and organization skills, must be detail oriented and very
•Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
