The Role:

Graze.com is looking to hire a Media Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join us at the early stage of graze’s international expansion and work within the growing customer acquisition marketing team, driving the growth of the business.

You’ll be responsible for our overall customer acquisition planning, budgeting, execution, and working closely with the Head of Customer Acquisition on overall strategy. The growth of our customer base will be in your hands (no pressure!). You’ll spend your time planning and implementing media plans, driving innovation, optimizing our marketing spend for the greatest return, as well as ensuring we’re on track to achieve our ambitious sign-up and cost per sign-up targets.

Graze is growing exceptionally quickly and changing the face of snacking in the US. We need a high caliber person with really great media planning and strategy expertise as well as exceptionally strong commercial awareness to help drive our future growth and ensure we’re on track.

What you will be responsible for:

We’re on the lookout for a high caliber, analytical and industry savvy candidate with media planning expertise (either agency or client side). With a strong focus on direct response media and full visibility on the success of marketing activity, you’ll be responsible for:

-Overall media planning and allocation of budget across channels
-Maximizing return on investment
-Ensuring we’re on track to achieve targets within defined KPIs
-Keeping the Head of Acquisition updated on overall performance
-Planning and executing campaigns across various channels, including direct response TV
-Proactive in ensuring we are keeping up with the latest media trends
-Keeping an eye on wider market conditions and identifying high-potential opportunities to test and incorporate into channel strategy (audience, creative, new channels)
-Key responsibility for keeping up-to-date with trends in US media landscape

What we’re looking for:

-Bachelors Degree. Masters degree preferred
-5+ years of media planning experience (agency or client side), ideally within a direct response environment
-1+ year of experience in planning TV campaigns with both on and offline channels knowledge
-Experience managing budgets and making recommendations based on sound business rationale
-Ability to understand how a subscription business works, as well as the core metrics that drive the business and how they relate to customer acquisition
-Strong analytical skills with a robust understanding of data and able to generate meaningful insight
-Comfortable managing multiple deadlines at once and delivering on time.
-Strong communicator who is able to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
-Meticulously thorough and accurate, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
-Versatile and ability to learn new things very quickly
-Ambitious with a proactive approach to taking on more
-Thrives in a rapidly expanding start-up environment and is excited by the prospect of being part of something big!
